Blocking is the movement of the characters, and staging is the camera movement.
SCENES ARE SHORT MOVIES MADE UP OF BEATS.
Below is a slug line. It is written in all caps. The first section uses a three-letter designation for inside (INT) or outside(EXT) or both (INT/EXT). The middle section designates the location of the action, and the third section tells the time the scene takes place.

Each page equals about a minute of screen time. That is about 90-120 pages.
